Introducing the MORA AI assistant at ai.mora.vn: draft documents, send email and start meetings by voice
The MORA AI assistant is now available at ai.mora.vn for every MORA ID account. Chat by text or voice to draft documents saved straight to MORA Cloud, write and send email, open MORA Meet rooms, share files, and find and summarize documents. The assistant works with your own permissions, every action that sends something out requires your confirmation, and sensitive data is masked before processing.
New features 10
MORA AIMORA AI assistant at ai.mora.vn
Sign in with your MORA ID and start right away. Answers stream in word by word, and the interface works well on phones, tablets and large screens.
MORA AIDraft documents and save them to MORA Cloud
Ask the assistant to draft an official letter, an announcement, meeting minutes and more; it creates a Word file and saves it to your MORA Cloud so you can open it and keep editing.
MORA AIWrite and send MORA Mail, with confirmation
The assistant drafts an email on request and shows a confirmation card with the recipients, subject and body. The email is sent only after you approve it.
MORA AIStart MORA Meet rooms
Say “create a meeting” and the assistant opens a MORA Meet room on your behalf and returns a link for inviting colleagues. The meeting is listed under My Meetings.
MORA AIShare MORA Cloud files
After you confirm, the assistant shares files or folders with colleagues with view or edit access. People you share with can see the file's activity log.
MORA AIFind, read and summarize files and email
When your organization's administrator allows it, the assistant finds files in MORA Cloud and messages in MORA Mail, reads them and summarizes their content. File access and email access are off by default and are enabled separately in the MORA AI section of the account.mora.vn admin console.
MORA AIUnderstands your organization
The assistant knows the departments, department heads, job titles, direct managers and work phone numbers that administrators set up in account.mora.vn. An About your organization field for the assistant (up to 4,000 characters) helps it write in your organization's tone and context.
MORA AIMORA product information
Ask about MORA plans, pricing or features and the assistant reads the public information on the MORA website to answer with current figures.
MORA AIVoice conversations
The microphone button lets you speak instead of typing. In voice mode, the assistant sends your question when you stop talking, reads the answer aloud, then listens again. Say gửi đi (“send”) at the end of a sentence to send it immediately. Works in Chrome, Edge and Safari.
MORA AILong dictation without cut-offs
The assistant listens continuously, so dictating a long email or pausing to think won't cut you off. The wait time before a message is sent automatically is set by the system administrator and defaults to 6 seconds.
Improvements 1
MORA AIRole-based MORA AI administration
In addition to the organization owner, administrators assigned to the MORA AI area can also allow the assistant to read files and email.
Security 4
MORA AIThe assistant can only do what you are allowed to do
The assistant acts with your own sign-in permissions and never has broader access. Administrators can only turn features on or off; no account can read data on a user's behalf.
MORA AISensitive data masked, confidential documents never opened
National ID numbers, bank card numbers and tax IDs in files and email are masked before processing. Documents marked MẬT (Confidential) are never opened.
MORA AIVoice handled in the browser
Speech recognition and read-aloud use the browser's built-in capabilities; MORA servers receive only text, never audio. When you use voice, confirmation cards for sending email or sharing files still have to be approved on screen.
MORA AIClear terms and usage limits
Users review and accept the terms on first use. Usage is subject to a daily limit per user and a monthly limit per organization.
