How purchasing works

  1. Open Help → Licence in any O3O application (or visit office.o3o.vn/mua).
  2. Choose the plan and enter your details: individuals give name, e-mail and phone; companies enter their tax code and the system looks up the registered name and address.
  3. Scan the bank QR code with any banking app. The licence activates on the computer within seconds and the key is e-mailed to you.

Certificates and invoices

After activation the Licence dialog offers Download certificate and Download invoice. Certificates can be verified publicly at office.o3o.vn/xac-thuc. Contract customers receive electronic invoices compliant with Vietnamese Decree 123/2020/ND-CP.

Volume licensing

Organisations with 10 or more computers receive licence keys in bulk, contract invoices and a dedicated support channel. See the enterprise programme.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days if the software does not work on your computer and we cannot resolve it; duplicate transfers refunded within 5 business days. Refunded licences are revoked and the software returns to the free edition.
