O3O Office becomes MORA Office: new brand, new interface, and upgrades that keep your data
As of September 25, 2026, O3O Office is officially MORA Office, published by MORA Tech JSC, with four apps: MORA Doc, MORA Sheet, MORA Slide and MORA PDF. This release replaces the entire visual identity (icons, splash screen, installer) and introduces the new MORA interface: a flat tab row in each app’s color, a ribbon presented as a rounded white card, a command Search box and an AutoSave switch. Computers running O3O Office upgrade in place, keeping user profiles and activated licenses.

GeneralA new name: MORA Office
The suite is renamed MORA Office and includes MORA Doc (documents), MORA Sheet (spreadsheets), MORA Slide (presentations) and MORA PDF. It is published by MORA Tech JSC, and the License dialog lists the support hotline 1800 4985 (toll-free in Vietnam).
GeneralMORA identity on every screen
App and file-type icons, the startup splash screen, the About dialog, the Start screen logo, installer artwork and banners all follow the MORA brand identity.
GeneralMORA interface: flat tabs and a rounded white ribbon
A flat tab row with the selected tab underlined in the app’s color; the ribbon sits on a rounded white card with clearly centered group labels; the title bar and status bar share the app’s color. Each app has its own accent color: blue for Doc, green for Sheet, orange for Slide and red for PDF.
GeneralConsistent dark mode
The ribbon, tab row, title bar, status bar and icon set all have dedicated dark versions, so switching modes changes the whole interface with no bright patches left behind.
GeneralNew, consistent icon set
Command icons are replaced with a new fine-line set in one unified style across the ribbon, status bar, formula bar and Start screen, in both light and dark versions.
GeneralCommand Search box (Alt+Q)
The Search box on the tab row lets you find commands by name instead of browsing tab by tab; press Alt+Q to jump to it. Searching works even without Vietnamese diacritics, and results appear right below the box.
GeneralAutoSave switch
An AutoSave switch right on the tab row turns automatic document saving on or off with a single click.
GeneralAccount icon and ribbon collapse
The account icon in the top-right corner opens the License dialog. The collapse button (or double-clicking a tab name) hides the ribbon to give your document more room.
GeneralDialog launchers in group corners
The ↘ button in the corner of groups such as Font, Paragraph, Styles and Page Setup opens that group’s full dialog, just as in Microsoft Office.

GeneralReorganized ribbons with labels on every group
Ribbon commands in MORA Doc, Sheet, Slide and PDF are regrouped, with every group carrying an aligned Vietnamese label. In narrow windows, less-used groups collapse into a single button bearing the group’s name, and the Styles gallery shrinks to keep the main commands visible.
SlideFuller Transitions and Animations tabs
MORA Slide’s Transitions and Animations tabs offer more commands, placed where PowerPoint users expect them, and the redundant Drawing toolbar next to the ribbon is gone.
GeneralClear hover, pressed and active states on ribbon buttons
Ribbon buttons change color on hover, when pressed and while active; keyboard users get a focus ring showing which button is selected.

The ribbon and status bar use Plus Jakarta Sans, a compact typeface that stays legible at small sizes.
GeneralClearer window titles
The title bar reads like “Document 1 - MORA Doc”, so you can see the document name and app at a glance.

The File tab view fills the window and carries the MORA logo; the Start screen switches to the MORA color palette.
GeneralPreconfigured for users in Vietnam
With the Vietnamese interface, MORA Office automatically applies Vietnam regional settings: A4 paper, centimeters, dd/mm/yyyy dates, Vietnamese as the document language, and Vietnamese AutoCorrect.

GeneralUpdate checks now detect new versions
Fixed Help ▸ Check for Updates always reporting the latest version on computers installed from the .msi package. From this release on, computers running either O3O Office or MORA Office are notified when a new version is available.
Installation and platform 3
WindowsUpgrade from O3O Office without losing data
The MORA Office installer detects an existing O3O Office installation and replaces it in place. Your user profile (saved options, recent documents and more) and activated license are kept, with no need to re-enter your key.
WindowsNo impact on other office software
The installer uses MORA Office’s own product identifier, so it replaces only the old O3O Office and never removes or blocks other office software on the computer.
WindowsNew install folder
MORA Office installs to Program Files\MORA Office; shortcuts and names in Windows change to MORA Doc, MORA Sheet, MORA Slide and MORA PDF.
