MORA Office 26.10.2: MORA ID sign-in, a new MORA AI pane, signature lines and map charts
MORA Office 26.10.2 lets you sign in with your MORA ID account right inside the app, and MORA AI switches on automatically after sign-in, in a new pane beside your document. This release also brings a set of advanced office features: signature lines, citation source switching, author blocking and a Focus Reader for MORA Doc and PDF; treemap, sunburst and filled map charts of Vietnam, plus a data model, for MORA Sheet; and design suggestions for MORA Slide. MORA AI usage and devices are managed centrally at account.mora.vn.

GeneralSign in with MORA ID in MORA Office
Click your profile picture in the title bar or on the Start screen to Sign In with your MORA ID account: your browser opens the id.mora.vn sign-in page, and once you have signed in you are taken back to the app. The account menu shows your name, a License item and Sign Out; the account itself is managed at account.mora.vn. One account works across MORA Office, Cloud, Mail, Meet and Chat.
MORA AINew MORA AI pane beside your document
The MORA AI button in the ribbon's Add-ins group opens the MORA AI pane in the sidebar, in Doc, Sheet, Slide and PDF alike. Answers stream in as they are written, with prompt suggestions tailored to each app. MORA AI can work directly on your document: every change is previewed before it is applied, and an entire round of changes can be undone with a single Ctrl+Z. Simple actions are handled locally on your computer and do not count toward your usage limit. Closing the app while MORA AI is still answering is safe.

There is no key to enter: once you sign in with MORA ID, your computer is linked to MORA AI automatically. You can see your usage and device list at account.mora.vn › My MORA AI, and organization administrators can turn MORA AI on or off for each member. A single MORA AI platform serves the web, Mail, Cloud and Office.
SlideDesign suggestions
The Design Suggestions button (Design › Editing) asks MORA AI to propose 3–4 layout options for the current slide; click an option to see it applied to the slide right away.
DocSignature lines
The Signature Line button (Insert › Signature) inserts a signature block with a signing line, full name, job title and date. Its menu also offers a signing date field, an initials field, a Signature Line List (showing digital signature status), a plain signature line and the Digitally Sign command. Signature lines are preserved when saving to .docx and appear in the right place when opened in Word.
DocChange citation source, import BibTeX and RIS
The Change Source button (References › Citations and Bibliography) chooses where new citations come from: this document or MORA's bibliography database. It also offers Import from BibTeX/RIS File for files exported by reference management software. Useful for theses and academic papers.
DocBlock Authors
The Block Authors button (Review › Protect) locks the selected paragraphs as a protected region tagged with the author's name, so others cannot accidentally edit your part when several people work on the same document. The button's menu also offers Unblock and Unblock All.
PDFBlock Authors in MORA PDF
The Block Authors button (Review › Protect) locks the position and size of the selected objects on a PDF page and records the author's name on them; Unblock and Unblock All are in the button's menu.
DocFocus Reader
The Reader button (View › Focus Reading) opens a separate full-screen reading view without changing the document: adjust text size, column width, letter and line spacing, page color and line focus, and use Read Aloud with each word highlighted as it is spoken. Helpful for long reading sessions, readers with reading difficulties and language learners.
PDFFocus Reader for PDF files
MORA PDF also has the Reader button (View › Focus Reading): text on PDF pages is reassembled into lines and paragraphs based on its position and shown in a full-screen reading view, with the same text size, page color, line focus and read-aloud options as MORA Doc.
SheetTreemap and sunburst charts
The Hierarchy menu (Insert › Charts) offers Treemap and Sunburst charts for showing multi-level data, such as revenue by region, province and store, in a single picture.
SheetFilled maps of Vietnam and the world
The Maps menu (Insert › Charts) creates filled map charts by Vietnamese province and city or by country. Map data is built in, so maps work offline, and the map of Vietnam fully shows the Hoàng Sa (Paracel) and Trường Sa (Spratly) archipelagos.
SheetRecent Sources and Existing Connections
The Get and Transform Data group on the Data tab adds Recent Sources, to quickly reopen data sources you have just used, and Existing Connections, to pick data connections that are already set up without configuring them again from scratch.
SheetData Model
The Data Model button (Data › Data Tools) brings several tables together and defines the relationships between them (for example, linking an Orders table to a Customers table by customer ID), then creates a PivotTable from the Data Model so you can analyze multiple tables at once without lookup functions.
SheetPage Layout view
The Page Layout button (View › Workbook Views) displays the spreadsheet page by page, as it will print, while still letting you edit directly, so you can fine-tune tables before printing.

MORA AIClassified documents are never sent to MORA AI
Documents with a security classification (such as Confidential, Secret or Top Secret) are never sent to MORA AI. Your MORA ID session stored on the computer is encrypted with Windows data protection; your password is entered only on the id.mora.vn sign-in page and is never kept by the app.
