Introducing O3O Office Online: browser-based document editing, priced by connection
O3O Office Online brings document, spreadsheet and presentation editing to the web browser, built for organizations that want to plug an editor into their own file storage or internal software. This release launches the product page, connection-based pricing with a built-in price calculator, and public integration documentation in Vietnamese and English. Technical teams can read up in advance on embedding the editor and on using DocBuilder for automated conversion and document generation.

The /online/ (Vietnamese) and /en/online/ (English) pages introduce the product: browser-based editing of documents, spreadsheets and presentations, a component diagram, integration options, what’s available today and what’s coming next, and licensing information.
OnlinePricing by concurrent connections
The /online/gia/ page (English: /en/online/pricing/) explains pricing per connection: one connection is one document window open with editing rights. One person editing three documents counts as three connections, and three people co-editing one document also count as three. View-only users and file conversions through the API are not counted.
OnlineTwo purchase options for businesses
The business edition can be bought as an annual subscription or a perpetual license with 3 years of updates. Unit prices decrease with each connection tier and apply to every connection in the order.
OnlineBuying more never costs more
If the number of connections you choose sits just below a cheaper price tier, the system automatically prices the order at that tier and grants the tier’s full number of connections. You always pay the lowest possible amount, and there’s never a case where buying more would have cost less.

Enter a number of connections and choose annual or perpetual, and the page instantly shows the unit price, connections granted, total, and an equivalent amount in Vietnamese dong for reference. The /api/ documentation set has 55 bilingual pages in Vietnamese and English: quick start, editor embedding, DocBuilder, a complete reference for every endpoint and code samples, so technical teams can evaluate the product before deployment.
OnlineEmbed the editor in your organization’s website
The documentation explains how to place the editor in an internal website without an intermediate storage system: document events for ready, modified, saved, closed, error and connection-limit reached, plus a signed save callback so your server can verify where requests come from.
OnlineDocBuilder: automated conversion and document generation
The DocBuilder service offers 11 endpoints: format conversion, building documents from scripts, filling document templates with JSON data (fields such as {{field}} and repeating table rows), page-by-page text extraction, metadata extraction and thumbnail generation. Large jobs run asynchronously and report results when finished.
OnlineConnect to file storage via WOPI
File storage systems that support the WOPI standard can use O3O Office Online to open and edit documents. Integration guides are published for deployment teams.
OnlineClear behavior at the connection limit
When all connections are in use, open sessions are never cut off and saving is never blocked. Anyone opening an additional document sees a notice page with the options Open read-only or Try again. Users who drop off the network and reopen the same document within 120 seconds still get back in.
OnlineUsage data for self-reconciliation
The system counts connections every 10 seconds, reports the 5-minute peak and writes a usage line every 5 minutes to a monthly file, so organizations can check their usage against the plan they purchased.
